plush toys from legendary author/illustrator Eric Carle through the Kohl’s Cares program.

Now through the end of April, Kohl’s Department Stores are offering hardcover Eric Carle books and coordinating stuffed animal toys including The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Mixed Up Chameleon, The Grouchy Ladybug and The Foolish Tortoise.

To tempt the grown-up taste buds (and their wallets) this spring, Kohl’s is selling Crazy About Cupcakes by Krystina Castella for only $5. Overflowing with unique recipes for cupcakes, fillings and frostings, the book also includes tips on how to creatively decorate cupcakes. Now that takes the cake!

All books are available nationwide and as part of the Kohl’s Care program, 100 percent of the net profit from the sale of these featured books and plush toys goes to benefit kids’ health and education initiatives in communities across the country.
